2004 Cagiva Xtra Raptor

Got this in 2025

I have been so impressed with the Raptor I got in 2021 that when this X-Raptor and a V-Raptor come up for sale in 2025 I got them both.

The X-Raptor was the last and rarest incarnation of the Raptor 1000 series with the final run being set to no more than 999 units and withe each one having a uniquely numbered plate on the bike. Speaking to other Cagiva owners it seems the general opinion is the Cagiva never did make the 999 target and more likely less than 500 were ever produced worldwide, so a fairly rare animal.

This one came to me with a bunch of additional carbon bit and the following :

• Carb Akroprovic Exhausts

• Power Commander

• Aprilia RSV Swig Arm

• Ohlin’s Shock

• Carbon Indicator Pods

• Carbon Front Mudguard

• Carbon Bellypan

• Ger Indicator

• Screen

Exhaust should is good and the mapping change through the Power Commander is very noticeable. If feels like the old Suzuki TL1000S on acceleration.

Like the V-Raptor I changed the Tyres to be on the safe side and also changed to EBC pads and usual Oil & Filter but that about it to date.
